The Premiere is a full-plastic yo-yo based off the popular ANGLAM yo-yo from SOMETHING, and makes for an excellent beginner yo-yo. After you have mastered your basic tricks, swap out the thin bearing for a regular size C bearing, and you are all set for unresponsive play.
